Refund policy

All items being returned and /or exchanged must be in the original condition including all labels intact, unworn or damaged, and in new condition

RETURNS- To return an item or item(s) a Return Authorization Number is required and must be requested prior to be shipping any merchandise back to There are No Exceptions to this Return Authorization Policy. Any product returned without a Return Authorization number will be refused or returned to the sender.

 We allow one business week that is 5 business days from the delivery date to contact us for a Return Authorization number. Returns of merchandise with the Authorization Number must be received within one business week that being 5 business days. Shipping and Handling fees and charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

We do not allow refunds on shipping and handling. A restocking fee may be subject to be refunded from the refund totaling 15%.

We do offer refunds on unused items in original packaging under specific circumstances and are the sole option to issue or not issue a refund of as these items are mostly date sensitive.

If you receive a suit and do not like the style, fabric, or fit; you may return it at your expense for shipping within 5 business days maximum to avoid having the refund authorized. The customer will be responsible for the shipping return freight charges within those 5 business days of receipt to the customer by the shipper. 

All items must be in original condition and no labels removed to receive the refund. We reserve the sole right to refuse a refund if merchandise is not returned in original factory condition, packaging, and labeling.

Any expedited shipments that are not received on time by the respective shipper that guaranteed the expedited service will have to have a claim filed and a full refund will be given to the customer when the claim is approved by the shipper.
